The Reasons to grow your own organic vegetable garden

In recent decades there has been a change towards mechanization and homogenization of farming, pesticides, additives, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers and techniques of mass production was used. All this has clear implications for human health and new diseases spread rapidly among humans and animal influenza (Bird is the latest).

The World Health Report shows how the use of chemicals and other products for human consumption and production processes, in fact a danger to our health.

If you have a room for some boats or have a small piece of land is a wise decision to grow your own organic garden. Today I present seven reasons:

1. They have no additives in your vegetables. Research by groups of foods has shown that food additives cause, heart disease, osteoporosis, migraines and hyperactivity.

2. There are no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. These chemicals are used to obtain cultures of all times, regardless of weather or pests, and affect the quality of legumes. In addition, pesticides are often toxic to humans.

3. The vegetables are not genetically modified (GM). Antibiotics, drugs and hormones used to vegetables to grow. One consequence of this practice are the vegetables that appear to be identical and are often in bad taste. In addition, consumers will end use of vegetable hormones, with the potential risks to our health.

4. Eat vegetables are much healthier for you. Contains no chemicals or products listed, and much more natural than they could find in any supermarket. His health is not threatened because they do not know, was admitted to your vegetables.

5. Your own organic vegetables is much more palatable. The use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers to grow, antibiotics, hormones, and unusual vegetables and have fun away from them. With vegetables to your kitchen will enhance the taste displayed in full.

6. Organic farming is environmentally friendly. Why not pesticides and other chemicals, including damage to your vegetables, do not harm the soil or the air with chemicals.

7. The growing their own vegetables, which contribute to their viability and sustainability of the planet. Small communities in what the members of the exchange of products, which are created in a natural way to help create better, a more inviting place for us all.

Finally, eating organic only means that we add nothing to what they are, of course. As you can imagine, additives, fertilizers, pesticides, hormones are not components of the food grown naturally. To take better care of their health, their cultivation of vegetables and some pots is all you need.
