Quite the opposite, actually. Our digestive system actually prefers or is able to better absorb liquid vitamins and minerals in the scene in the form of tablets or capsules.

A vitamin pill or tablet is to be digested completely before it can benefit the human body. Should be broken down into absorbable nutrients or only up to thirty percent of it is absorbed by the body. Liquid Vitamins, however, offer a better and easier for the digestive system. Because no way depends on mechanical digestion, an estimated 90% of which can be directly absorbed by the body.

It is important to remember that digestion does not function primarily to destroy the vitamins and minerals, but to transform them into substances that can be used to improve the general constitution of the body.
