Why Amino Acids Good For You

Amino acids are the building blocks of the body. Besides building cells and repairing tissue, they form antibodies to combat invading bacteria and viruses, the system of enzymes and hormones and build nucleoproteins (DNA and RNA), which transports oxygen to the carryover - Organization muscle activity and participation. When proteins are broken down by digestion, the result is 22 known amino acids.

Since proteins are the building blocks of amino acids for health. Amino acids after the water in the form of proteins make the most of our body weight. They consist of major tendons, muscles and ligaments, organs and glands, hair and fingernails, bodily fluids, and are an indispensable component of all body cells.

There are 20 amino acids in two categories - self-important and not essential. Essential amino acids are those that can not be produced by your body, so it is important that you get from your diet. N. essential amino acids can be produced by the human body, but to optimize the body needs the right combination of essential amino acids and nutrients to support maintenance of healthy proteins, so it may be useful to integrate. Twenty amino acids are necessary to build the various proteins for growth, maintenance and repair of body tissues. Eleven of these amino acids can be produced by the body, while the other nine (must) so-called essential amino acids from food. Essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. Another amino acid, histidine is considered semi-essential because the body does not always require dietary sources of it. The non-essential amino acids are arginine, alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine and tyrosine. Other amino acids such as carnitine, are used by the body into other forms of protein synthesis and are often used therapeutically.

Which is likely deficient?
Nutrition, some manufacturers are strictly vegetarian, and the consumption of too few calories, you can not consume adequate amounts of amino acids. In these cases the body to process proteins in muscle tissue and the use of amino acids to the needs of the most important organs are taken, or simply not build more muscle mass despite increasing exercise.

Amino acids are not only absolutely essential for life, but a profound effect on how clearly we think and how we feel.
